Competent To Receive Petrol Deliveries Training
It is the responsibility of a filling station licensee to ensure that anyone employed to receive petrol deliveries must show competence gained by a combination of training and experience.

Managers, Supervisors and other staff who are responsible for receiving deliveries of fuel on their site.

- The theory of fire
- Hazard identification and prevention
- Classification of fire
- Personal Protection
- Identification of ignition sources
- Crossovers/contaminations
- Fire prevention
- Action in the event of an emergency
- Action in the event of a spillage
- Completion of paperwork
- Use of fire extinguishers
- Checklist of duties during and after delivery
Course Duration
One day course commencing at 9.00am.
Location
Nationwide at locations to suit clients.
Benefits
Site operator/competent person who has control of the operation of a site where petrol is to be unloaded must show their competence gained by a combination of training and experience.
Fees
Course fees on request. Fees include course material, Buffet Lunch and light refreshments.
Certification
Delegates on achieving the 80% pass mark on the end of course test will be issued with a numbered PTF Training certificate.
