Terms and Conditions

Course Fees

Fees include tuition, refreshments, buffet lunches, appropriate course materials and delegate insurance.

Withdrawal of Delegates

If a delegate is unable to attend, the booking may be filled by another nominee provided that PTF Training is informed 24 hours in advanced of the course.

In common with other training organisations the following cancellation charges apply:

If a course place is cancelled:

• Up to 4 weeks before course: 10% of course fee
• Up to 2 weeks before course: 25% of course fee
• Less than 2 weeks before the course: 100% of course fee

Joining Instructions

Full details will be sent to the company contact for distribution to the delegates approximately 10 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Course Cancellation

PTF Training reserve the right to cancel courses owing to inadequate numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. Course fees already paid will be refunded in such cases, or nominees transferred to a later course at no extra charge.
