Three Day Course
Provides common standards of safe working and minimum knowledge requirements for personnel involved in the examination, testing, maintenance and repair of petroleum road tankers.

For vehicle technicians likely to be involved in the full range of tasks relating to the inspection, testing maintenance, maintenance and repair of petroleum road tankers.
Course Content
Follows section B of the Energy Institute (formerly Institute of Petroleum) Model Syllabus for the training of technicians involved in the examination, testing, maintenance and repair of petroleum road tankers and includes:
- Product Knowledge and hazards
- Distribution Installation Operations
- Product Loading
- Workshop Standards and Procedures
- Legislation Testing and Procedures
- Inspection, Test, Maintenance and Repair
- Vehicle marking and Documentation
- Petroleum Tanker Design
Course Duration
Three days commencing at 09.00 hrs.
Location
In house course at client's premises or local accommodation.

Registration Costs
If required, and in addition to the above, Society of Operations Engineers / IRTEC exam and registration fees are chargeable per delegate at the current rate.
Certification
Delegates who achieve the 75% pass market the end of the course exam will receive the PTF Course Training Certificate and an IRTEC Certificate. if registered.
