BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Course Fees

Following the booking confirmation, course fees should be paid prior to course start date. Training carried out outside the UK is not subject to VAT.

 

Travel

When flights, trains or hire cars are booked by PTF the client should reimburse PTF on day of booking.

 

Withdrawal of Delegates

If for any reason a delegate is unable to attend, the booked place may be filled by another named delegate provided PTF Training is informed prior to the course start date.

 

In common with other training organisations the following cancellation fees will apply should the course booking be cancelled.

 

4 – 2 Weeks prior to the course start date -        30% of the course fee

 

1 Week prior to the course start date -                  100% of the course fee

 

Joining Instructions

Full details of the course booked will be sent to the company contact for distribution to the delegate(s) prior to the course start date.

 

Health & Safety

Companies booking delegates on courses with PTF Training are reminded to communicate to delegates that attendance on Training courses is considered ‘at work’ in so far as legislation is concerned and general conditions of employment should be observed. This is particularly important on courses with a practical element.

 

Course Cancellation

PTF Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel courses for reasons of inadequate numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. Course fees already paid will be fully refunded in such cases or delegates transferred to future courses at no extra cost.
